The staff at City Place is wonderful and extremely helpful in every way. Very convenient hours and the new keypad system is amazing. Facility is safe and well monitored.
Since the storage facility changed ownership this past year the everything about the place has gone downhill. With no one on site you have to arrange someone to meet you there to get in. Now they have a digital system to gain access but so far that doesn't work. They lighting was always great in the units since the change it's useless in the units. As a bonus rents have increased.
