Great food, very healthy and tasty. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the meals. When I started this plan I prepared myself to expect the food to taste bland and rubbery and just accept that it was nourishment for my body without gratification. To my surprise the meals are all gourmet creations with well-balanced flavors, which are nutritious but gratifying as well. Trust; I’m a foodie and have some of the unhealthiest but delicious eating habits. Livlean is a pleasant and appreciated surprise to my healthy eating and living life change commitment.

Great food and great service. There's always a great variety so you don't get bored. Excellent labeling of the food contents and calories so if you're counting calories/macros it makes it that much easier. One less thing for me to worry about and at the end of a hard day at work and training, it's nice to know I don't have to worry about my meals.
