General tso's is good, however the rice was really bland and stale. Sure hope to see improvement
service can be a hit or miss. one day theyre fast. another day they take way too long that you find yourself going elsewhere after being hungry for 2 hours, almost.
The food is not that great to begin with but it's inexpensive compared to other restaurants nearby (so you get what you pay for). The service from the lady at the counter is horribleeeeeee. When I say horrible, I mean she is rude as hellllll. I'm happy to announce today was my last day as a customer there. I was a loyal customer for the last year or two but got sick and tired of the bad service. When you talk to the lady at the counter, she goes "Ahhhhh" really loud, like if she doesn't hear you. She doesn't greet, say thank you, wish you farewell or anything. I needed a new bag, because the one she gave me was broken and she made me walk to her to grab it, instead of returning to the counter with the bag. I told her my fork fell out of the broken bag and I needed a new one. And I don't know if she's deaf or what but asked me with a nasty look in her face "what do you need." If she can say "what do you do need" she can say "hello" when customers walk in. Plus she has a dog face on each and every time. As the popular phrase suggest "ain't nobody got time for that." So peace, time to find another Chinese spot for lunch!!!!
