Hard to find stuff without having to ask a worker. Must say though, the young man that helped me was extremely helpful. He gets a 5 star rating.
I am proud to say that I recently joined the staff of professionals at Lowe's and am happy to be able to apply my 30+ years expertise in the home remodelling industry to almost every experience a customer has. The staff seems genuinely interested in resolving and exceeding the customer's expectations.
I would not recommend this location. Their selection and prices are not very good. The general layout of the store makes little sense. Did you happen to enter without getting a cart? Oh too bad because you can't simply turn around and go back the way you came. You have to walk to the other side of the store to get back out to grab one.
Seriously go elsewhere.
Absolutely UNRELIABLE. Place No Reliance on What the Website Says or What You Hear Over the Phone. Whatever information you get while placing and paying for an order online or on the phone is useless and bogus. It is incredible how they can tell you with a straight face that they have no record of your $500 order for delivery. Not a call or email telling you about any cancellations. You lost a client (and anyone who asks me) for life.
Something marked on sale? Well I suggest you pay extra attention when you cash out to make sure they charge you the sale price. They will ring it up at full price and when you mention it you have to "take a picture of the shelf and barcode and bring it to customer service to have them make the adjustment". What year is this?
Customer service is horrible. Call to speak to a manager to be put in hold for 30 minutes. Then they pick up again asking what they can help me out with. Had to explain myself a second time to the person who I spoke with initially. Then I suggested why don't you take down my number and have the manager call me.
The garden area is poorly maintained. The employees need to do more work and less leaning at the register. Looking for palm trees? Prepare to spend far more than Home Depot for trees that have barely been tended to. They all look like they have nutrient defencieis and general neglect.
Both the employees and our customers treat each other with respect and that is EXACTLY what we each receive in return.
