My father past in May. Its August, after paying Zeke my father still does not have a plaque on his grave. You speak of dignity but clearly my family and my hard- earned money are things you have respect for. Give us what we paid for, Zeke. Between dealing with you and Jules at Emmanuel Funeral home, you have made this a more difficult process.
I called Troy to reschedule the ID of my mother. He was very insensitive to our situation. He has very poor business skills and mannerisms. He hang up the phone on me when I tried to explain the situation. You do not deserve be in a business like this when family are grieving and you have no compassion. Find a new profession
