When the location of a Visitation service needed to be moved at the last minute due to a water main break at their facility, Quattlebaum failed to provide adequate notification to those who attempted to find the service at the new location. There was no signage at the original location, no staff to direct people to the new location, and their "Emergency Number" went unanswered when people tried to call. People were stranded in the parking lot, angry and frustrated. As a result, many never got to pay their respects. This was disgraceful.
