I ordered the Paradise Flight for my sister, that is not what was delivered. I called and spoke to Lisa who stated there is a disclaimer on the website stating they have a right to substitute. She said they had no Birds of Paradise, that they had be I told her I thought good customer service would have been for them To call me and be given a choice if I wanted to wait or order something else. Again she quoted the disclaimer and then said they could pick up the flowers ( really?)and deliver when they got some in. she said she thought what was delivered was nice. Not the point! I wanted what I ordered. At this point with her attitude I told her to forget it I was afraid what would happen if I waited on the Birds of Paradise.
Be careful when ordering online.. never know what you might get. They definitely need to improve on attitude and customer service I hate to even give one star rating!
