My husband ordered flowers to be sent to my office on valentines day. They arrived the day after and were half dead when I got them. My husband called to complain and the woman he spoke with was incredibly RUDE. She only offered to have someone come pick up the flowers for a refund. No credit, refund or even an apology were offered otherwise. Do yourself a favor and buy flowers from somewhere else. These people need to learn how to run a business.
Been there twice. Super clutch place bc all the other places close at 5, which I work to everyday. They are open till 7 which was a life saver... great service each time. Reading other review it looks like they have issues with deliveries but going to the store is much better. Huge walk in fridge with tons of flowers. Built a rose bouquet the first time with help for anniversary and then for V day went again. Super busy but was in and out in 20 min. Took an existing bouquet and added to it, with the help of one of the people that worked there, there was like 15 people working so it was quick. Advise going to the store so you know exactly what your getting.
Told them to deliver before 2:30 cause it was my sons funeral and they didn't get there I waited till 3 and they still didn't arrive so I called and they said the driver was just leaving. So I told the to forget about it. And give me my money back
I received a balloon arrangement for my birthday from my mom. They were delivered on the day of my birthday, and they were very nice-3 Mylar balloons and 6 latex balloons. One of the latex balloons was under inflated, but I didn't think much of it. I was excited because I was having a party the next day and they would serve as a beautiful centerpiece! The next morning, all 6 of the latex balloons lost their helium and sank. Typically, good quality balloons should stay inflated for at least 24 hours, right? It was pretty disappointing and I know delivery places like these are not cheap, so god knows what my mother paid for balloons that went limp in 12 hours. The guests at my party thought it was pretty lousy that the arrangement couldn't last at least 24 hours, too. It's sad that this is the new normal when it comes to quality.
I placed an order online Tuesday afternoon for delivery Wednesday. The website was very easy to use and free delivery is hard to turn down. I called in the following morning to confirm the order, the service rep was very nice, was able to confirm exactly what flowers would be on the arrangement and an approximate delivery time. The flowers were delivered exactly when promised and looked exactly, if not better, like the picture online. Two days later the flowers bloomed and look even better. I will most definitely be coming back for any future orders.
