This is not the Doctor that you want if you are having an acute problem. I have been contacting this office for three weeks by phone and by computer. Over the course of the last 10 days I have been in the ER twice dealing with a debilitating and dangerous health issue. The only well appointment available is 12/10. As my primary care physician, I cannot access any of the diagnostic treatments that I need until I see her. I contacted them again this morning and was offered placement on the cancellation list. I am shocked and frankly a little scared by the lack of triage efforts when setting appointments. No attempt was made to screen me or my symptoms before delaying my access to health care. NONE. I have now incurred 2 - $400 co pays waiting for Dr. Zambrano to become available, frustrating both myself and the ER physicians trying to treat me. Every day that I am delayed in accessing the diagnostic tests I need, I am risking my health and mobility.
Hands down... one of the best primary care physicians I've experienced. I've never had a doctor sit down with me and take in every word I say, without judgement or a preoccupied mind. I value her very wise and understanding feedback. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family.
Anytime I am not feeling well, I know I can count on Dr. Zambrano to help me feel better. She takes her time with her patients and I never feel rushed at an appointment with her. She is amazing!
Excellent bedside manner. Took the time to learn about my needs about my lifestyle, my family. I was very impressed by her passion for her field and her sweet demeanor. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
Dr. Zambrano has been my primary doctor for over 5 years and I wouldn't change her for anything. She is well respected and excellent in everything that she does. I trust her with complete confidence. I never have an issue when needing to see her. Her staff is the best at getting you in for an appointment. I would recommend her to anyone that I know including my own family.
