As soon I turned 18 I needed an adult physician. My mom took me to Dr. Mesa because she felt that Dr. Mesa would be able to understand me. You see I am on the autism spectrum and my mom has always pushed me to be independent. As always, mom was right. Last year I did the Autism Speaks walk and designed shirts for my team to wear. Dr. Mesa and his whole family donated to Autism speaks, bought shirts from me and they even came and walked with us. He treats me as a regular, now 20 year old. Not like someone who needs his mom for everything. Thank You Dr. Mesa. Dr. Mesa truly is one of a kind.
At 7 pm on the day before the appointment, I get a voicemail from a blocked number saying up call back because they cannot follow through with my appointment. I call back and a lady with ZERO customer service skills answers the phone as an 'answering service' and hangs up on me.
Working as a manager of a customer service department, this experience as a whole has been absolutely unacceptable. I will continue to put this review on every site I can find.
I'm a difficult patient I have many medical conditions when I lost my primary after 20years it was hard to find a new good primary .I absolutely got blessed when my pain management doctor referred me to Dr Mesa he was beyond Great very smart compassionate and trusted him immediately I'm so happy I found him I know I'm in safe hands now Best Primary around , he not just listens he takes him time and completely thorough and understanding I'm so happy I found the Primary for me , staff great too
Everytime I go to any doctor my anxiety is overwhelming. After I see Dr Mesa and he talks with me. It's such a calming.Great Doctor.
...I probably should have known. Why would they be opened on the weekends? Granted, they should have reached out, but I took the hit and rescheduled for Tuesday at 9 am.
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENTS OF DR. MESA FOR OVER 3 YEARS. HE HAS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS IF I HAVE BEEN SICK. I HAVE A COMPLEX MEDICAL HISTORY AND HE MAKES SURE TO VERBALLY STAY IN TOUCH WITH MY OTHER SPECIALISTS. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS LOVELY AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MANY FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES WHO HAVE ALL BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR EXPERIENCE. I WILL AND WOULD RECOMMEND DR. MESA IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PRIMARY CARE.
Booked an appointment online 5 days in advanced ( on a Tuesday) for a Sunday. The office never called to let me know that this time was inaccurate and they were not open on weekends. I drove all the way there and realized they were closed.
