Government free loaders
People there are not helpful at all, tried to speak to one of them and they didn't want to answer even a question and the only thing they did was give me a phone number to call costumer service.
I have literally spent hours and waiting to get someone on the phone.. No answer.. I have a deadline they've given me.. but if THEY aren't answering the phone... how can I meet the deadline? I don't blame the workers. This is the fault of supervisors who're probably making well into 6 figures. This is an outrage.
Disappointed
I spent hours waiting there, the experience was awful, I think we can do better.
This process is a joke you can sit for hours in the office or on the phone at home.
