I hate being treated that way, it would have very easy for him to simply inform me and help me out. Forcing me to walk all the way to the other side of the station just because you can is not cool. It's not a way to treat a customer, but hey who cares because he still gets his check every two weeks, he doesn't get affected.
I was trying to find a good way to get to Miami, and I came to the station to find out pricing and scheduling. When I spoke to the employee at the front desk he told me to walk to the other side of the station and refer to the poster. I told him that made no sense, to just tell me the price and how often a train comes (a train had just left the station)
Fast,efficient, on time and all around great way to travel.I highly recommend and No traffic.
Public transport has this flaw, and if steps are not taken against it some private company will come in and do a better job for the same or less and it will be defunded.
