I've been doing Business with Eastern self storage for 10 years great staff
Overall my experience was average. I was really hoping that I would be able to get a lift gate but the truck was not ready. We could have waited but chose not to. That said the 16' truck we got was not good at all. It wasn't shaking a lot but the worst part is that with the rain storm water surged through the window. Luke there was no deal and the window was compelling open. I'm calling today to see what they would like to do. I'll follow up with my review of they do something reasonable.

Great rates. Friendly, professional staff. Excellent pricing on truck rentals. Building where I had my storage unit was well lit, climate controlled, clean, video monitored, very secure, and easy to find. I always have a great experience interacting with the staff & renting trucks here.
