Called to be put on the call ahead list. I asked how long the current wait was and the girl on the phone said the wait was 20-25 minutes. I asked to be put on the list. We were in the parking lot waiting until 20 minutes passed. We checked in and were told the wait would be another 25 minutes. We said that was what we were told when we called to get on the list 20 minutes ago. The girl said the wait had now increased to 45 minutes and the list only cuts the waiting time in half. She said we should have checked in at the podium, but she made no mention of this during our phone call. Then I don't see the point of calling ahead. We walked out and went elsewhere.
I happen to LOVE Longhotn Steakhouse and go often in my hometown. I was Extremely disappointed. I went to celebrate my birthday ON my birthday, and the food was wrong. Talk about disappointing. Servo e was mediocre. I even taste my mother's burger and a day old burger king burger would have tasted infinitely better. I can't fathom how they remain in business if that is the type of food and service they provide to customers. I would never return!

Me and my boyfriend went to the Royal Palm Longhorns. It was busy and it was a 30 minute wait so we decided to grab a couple of seats at the bar. The service at the bar was lacking and we were frustrated. But Chad the manager went above and beyond to correct things and make it an absolutely enjoyable experience! Our server Paula did a great job. We can't recommend this place enough!
We had a wonderful time. The staff served us well despite the fact that it was an extremely busy night. We all left happy and full!
I absolutely love Longhorns. That four course Great American Steak dinner is to die for. At $12.99 you get a four course meal that could also include dessert. The food is delicious the price is unbelievable and I recommend it to all my family and friends. Lovin it!!!!!!!!
