I called them and they said I would get a call back I waited 30 mins and called them back because I didn't receive a call yet on when they were coming and the lady said sorry about that they will be calling you momentarily . I waited another 30 minutes and still have yet to receive a call . I called them back a third time and now they don't answer that is piss poor service if you ask me very bad and I would not recommend them to anyone .
Before discovering Y.D.G., I had called 3 other local lock smiths. All of them were honestly very rude over the phone and presented pretty poor customer care etiquette, and a few I could barely understand past discernible mumbles. The receptionist at Y.D.G. was the exact opposite. She was kind, helpful, informative, and was very easy to communicate with. When Al arrived at my house to perform the service, he was an hour EARLIER than the designated two hour time window. That literally never happens. Once inside, he picked the lock to the interior door to my garage (which I locked myself out of) and changed the lock to fit my actual house key within 15 minutes. I was actually able to go back to work (which I didn't plan on doing with the original 3-5 window) which was great. Sometimes you can just tell when someone is a good and honest person, and that translates into honest business. I will always call Al and Y.D.G. with any lock and key issues in the future.
Al is the best locksmith in the area, he got my car unlocked and made me a new car key in no time. His prices are fair and he is very professional. Highly recommended.
