Had a $900 dollar plus water bill to numerous faulty irrigation points and a toilet leak. Said they would have waived the entire bill with the proof of repair I showed, however it said I had a running toilet that was also repaired. Due to their policy any mention of a toilet leaking allows you only a 60% discount off two of your highest bills.
I did not receive any kind of warning of excessive water usage.
