Quick and easy registration process with friendly and knowledgeable triage nurse.
STAY AWAY from this hospital. I brought my daughter in for an urgent issue. We waited, went through registration (blood pressure check and temperature, insurance info gathering, paperwork). Once that was complete, my daughter no longer had the urgent issue. I don't want to go into her issue, but needless to say we thought it was appropriate to go there and appropriate to tell the staff we no longer needed to see a doctor and left. We paid $150 before leaving as requested by the billing dept. We paid and left. I figured that was the end of it. WE GOT A BILL FOR OVER $2000. My insurance covered most, leaving us with a bill for $350. THEY DID NOTHING. NOT A THING! Why was a bill for over $2000 generated in the first place. A customer service rep actually tried to tell me that the blood pressure and temperature check cost that amount. THIS COUNTRY IS DOOMED. How do they expect people to pay these outlandish fees. Hospitals only care about money - not your death, not your loved ones, not ANYTHING except money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not go to this hospital unless you wake up there after being shot. Even then, try to get out before they get your name.
I would never recommend going to this hostipal to have your baby. First I would like to start off and give credit where it's due, Midwife Dana was great and some of the nurses were also awesome. The entire birth was very sad. The night I went in to have my daughter, 18 other women were also having their babys. They were under staffed and only had 4 nurses working and 1 doctor. The birth was such a rush that we didn't get many pictures, my husband didn't cut the cord, they didn't give the baby a bath(which my other 3 children were all washed while we took pictures). We then were transferred to the maturity rooms which were more like a prison. The room was about 10x10 if that and barley fit a chair in it for a guest. I asked if they would wash the baby and the nurse came back with a bucket and some soap for me to do it. For 2 days the cable wasn't working and constuction workers were jack hammering above my room throughout the entire day. Finally, I was being released and they brought me a cart for my stuff. Since I had to get my car I walked down stairs and pulled my car up. When I went back up stairs, they asked me why I didn't bring my stuff with me (I just had gave birth 2 days earlier and felt like a bus hit me) then told me I should have brought the car seat up stairs because they didn't have anyone available to push me down with the baby. The picture people approched me while I was leaving and asked if I wanted pictures of the baby done, I declined because I was upset. I have never been so sad in my life, I feel they have taken away memories that I will never be able to get back. I waited 9month for the arrival of my daughter and it was such a sad experience.
My son's RN Lindsey and Dr. Prince were amazing! Impeccable bedside manner.
1s time here, visiting from out of town when my son developed chest pain.
Assessment, treatment and results were done very proficently. We arrived at 12:04 and were discharged by 2:30am.
My daughter was admitted to the children's hospital and everyone was amazing with her, the nurses, the staff, and the volunteers. She was there for four days and I honestly have nothing bad to say about anything. One of the people that stood out to me was a woman by the name Leah she works as a I want to say child life employee and she made my daughters uncomfortable situation pleasurable. She was the best and without her I really don't know how I would have gotten through the four days there, but the nurses and staff were really great. Thank you for taking care of my baby. Keep up the good work!
We were there today to have a cat scan of my 4 month old daughters head. The staff was so nice & accomodating. Our technician Carol was so great. Even after my daughter woke up on the machine table as soon as we put her down Carol allowed us to stay in the room trying to get her back to sleep. After walking the hallways for at least 30 minutes to get our daughter back to sleep Carol was nice enough to take us right back in and get her CT done with no sedation and no issues. Thank you so much for making such a difficult process as easy as possible.
