Made an appointment for my 10 year old son and myself as the last place we went to lost their psychiatrists. Just wanted to meet their psychiatrist and get medicine refills. All our paperwork had been sent over to them, but i still filled out their paperwork. The nurse did vitals on us and said "she will be right with you". The woman came in and informed me that she was a nurse practitioner and could not see my son. She said he would have to be rescheduled. I asked her why they set his appointment if he was too young? She said she didn't know and that she even told them that she couldn't see him. I then asked why they didn't call me instead of wasting all our time? Again she didn't know.........The staff is obviously incompetent! They didn't follow through on anything and wasted mt time, We got up and left. God help them if they charge my insurance company, as i will tell the insurance company that they misrepresented themselves and are fraudulent. They really ticked me off!!!
I love FAU Staff and Doctors. They are the only facility that understand, patient, listens and don't treat me like a guinea pig for test studies. I'm very happy to be back under their care
