While trying to get a few necessities for the upcoming Hurricane Irma, they still decided to have one associate working in BOTH Electronics AND the Pick up area. Poor older gentleman tried his best, but you could tell he was flustered as well. Walmart in general needs to ACTUALLY do BETTER, not just for show on commercials. That's why I personally stopped being a patron of this company. Only was in the area and needed a few things is why I went that particular day.
Good day time visit. Food dept. Is a zoo. Definitely 18 y.o. and over "R" store. No tire dept. Stocked well. Newer facility. Somewhat clean. English speaking employees. Ample parking. Great clearance area south east corner of store. No pocket knife display.
No one is never around to help and the ones that do somewhat help just stand there and watch you struggle first before asking. They need to enhance their customer service skills and have more employees when they get busy which is all the time. I will never shop there ever again.
Its 854am they only have 2 lanes open. The employees won't assist with much, They will point you in a direction and let you figure it out on your own. The only helpful employee I met I had get her name "Juanita".
The nail salon here is phenomenal!!! I have hand crafted claws and this salon did the best work yet. I'm a trucker so I rarely get to go to the same nail salon twice. Pity, cuz I'd like this place to take care of my unique nails.
