Booked a service the next day. On arrival car was taken immediately to be serviced. Staff member in service was polite and efficient. I was informed of what would be carried out and cost ( I had a service plan so didn't have to pay on this occasion) Service took just over an hour while I waited and enjoyed a coffee.
Our Sales Rep (Scott) worked with us to get exactly the options on the Atlas we were looking for and had the SUV ready for delivery on time as promised.
Carrie in the Service Department went above and beyond my expectations. She was very personable, genuine, and professional. She never pressured me to do more than what I came in for, yet made reasonable recommendations for servicing my vehicle. I have used other Infinity dealerships for servicing in the past, but none compare to the service I received at Schumacher. Thank you Carrie!!
Loved Cyndi! She was Great about taking care of every detail. She found me a rebate on my oil change. She told me that I didn't need a brake job, even though I thought that I did. She could have told me that I was right and done the job. I would've never known the difference! That is VERY admirable. I will be back again and again, because of that right there!
