Trevor was my salesman. He was pretty nice and helpful. They have good selections of cars, before signing any paper work of course asked questions mainly about the car warranty. I got a called from the bank asking me if i was aware that I purchased two extended warranties. At first i had no clue what they were talking about until i got the letter, my husband and I feel like we've been lied to by the sales manager at enterprise . We've asked numerous times about the warranty and we were assure that car comes manufactured warranty, and that we weren't charge for any extras now I have to go back and try to figure out what's going on. Overall i would recommend them.

Leslie was personable, patient and understanding; by far not the typical character of what is defined as a salesperson. She kept on the search continuously for the specifications I desired in a vehicle, as well as respecting my budget. She updated me frequently on the new inventory, however wasn't pushy or intimidating -- this process went on for several months. She didn't give up, and I finally have my new vehicle. Enterprise Car Sales has been a positive buying experience. I would recommend friends.
