This bike shop has suited all of my biking needs. Tom (the owner) makes quality recommendations on everything and helped us build an amazing customized bike. I've put 500+ miles on it and the only problems it has are with the old parts, problems which Tom readily and expertly solves with a smile. I truly have an excellent experience every time I visit and recommend this place to anyone with any bike-related needs.

Nasty attitudes.Apperently I haven't been frequently doing business here or not enough to command being treated properly. Unless you're part of the clique, your considered not worthy to be patronizing their shop. I'll go elsewhere.
Owners are husband and wife and they are awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the different types of bikes. They are also extremely honest. I brought my bike in for a blown tire and instead of trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need they guided me to only what I needed and because of that I ended buying additional items because I wanted and not because they were trying to make a buck. I appreciated that so much. I will continue to use them for repairs and future purchases. They are priced very good and I would highly recommend them to just about anyone. I especially think that anyone into cycling use them. In this case bigger businesses isn't better. They offer everything you can find at a big chain store at a much better price point and quality. Also if they don't have what you want in stock they will get it and fast. The small business is a dying breed but we need more of them just like one, better yet we need more small business owners just like them. The lesson is instead of trying to make a huge sale for the moment they do what's right which in the long run will give them all the continued business to stay in business. Great JOB Guys.
Being new to the area I was looking for a trusting , personal touch bike store. I tried a couple others and had typical what ever attitude. Tom took the time to tell me about all the great trails to ride and a couple events coming up. Didn't make me feel I was wasting his time. Told him of my touring plans and suggested several options for baggage. Which another store sold me wrong set up and I had to return. And they didn't give me any suggestions. Tom located right away a problem I had with my bike and fixed in a timely manner. This is my go to bike store. Thanks Tom for a great store
