Great food! I had the chicken fajitas and tostones with guacamole. Very fresh. My friend ordered a margarita and said they were very generous with the liquor. The waitress was probably the cutest and sweetest server we've ever had. Great service. Very clean and nice atmosphere.
Food is awesome. However, when I call in advance for a take out order, they always hang up when I speak English. The initiation or greeting is always in Spanish. Seems like our business isn't wanted there. Most times, I am put on hold and then they hang up seconds later. I usually call 3-4 times with the same result, until I just go in to order.
The food was great but the service was not. The bill was $26.98 they were supposedly charging us “18%” tip according to them it was 6.59. The tip was included in our bill but it wasn’t the correct amount. In other words , if you don’t keep an eye on your bill they will definitely rip you off. I would not have mind giving a higher tip if the service would have been great but the truth is that our waiter forgot half of our order and would keep “forgetting” to bring it out when the place was not even full .

Really good Colombian food. Ridiculous immense chuleton will feed easily three. My sancocho was excellent.
DONT GIVE THIS RESTAURANT YOUR MONEY! I've never had great service at this restaurant but the food has been okay. On my last visit here, my mother decided to pick up the tab and left a 10% tip. The waitress took the bill and as we were standing up to leave, she came back and informed my mother that 18% was the minimum tip. My mother didn't understand but after much frustration because the waitress kept insisting, she gave her a few more bucks. At which point the waitress told my mother that she was $1 short on the "minimum" tip and stood there and would not leave my mother alone till she gave that last dollar. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I tried informing management later through the phone and they were completely useless. Because of that huge mess, my mother left behind the receipt and so we didn't know the waitresses name. I told the "manager" her physical description and he replied with "They're all wearing the same shirt." I didn't say anything about clothing so that shows how much he was paying attention. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
