The staff is friendly, but the ATM goes out often, there also is only a drive up, so if you're on foot you have to wait with cars to use it. I've complained to corporate about this because it's a safety risk, but they don't seem bothered.
Well came in today to get a check from Bank of America branch and ended up with a crew attitude even THE MANAGER SAID if I needed better service to find a better branch, but after reviewing the internet reviews I see why. I had a teller who looks like he was in training mode then I had riki older female in her 30's talk over this traine saying if I needed a check to go to publix and get a money order with a nasty attitude and no customer skill. At the end I had yisell older Latina female with huge nasty attitude I felt insulteed being in her branch she was nothing but a teller not even a manager talking over her manager trying to verbally fight back , even after her manager was trynna to reselove the problem he was very young and not proffesional enough to handle a unprofessional crew it's better of to call cooperation and have a huge management rearangement ! None of these employees have customer skills I was told by the manager to find a better and good branch that I liked .
Staff not very helpful. A young girl whose name is Jasmine was a prime example of the lack of courtesy that all reviewers before me said. The manager Daniel Escalante didn't even made himself available to me. I am calling corporate as well. Too many Bank of America branches with bad service.
3 pm the last business day before Christmas. Only 1 visible teller. The manager, Yvonne, response, "well it's Christmas." The teller, Patricia, was very quick and friendly. The teller and manager did say their are two tellers - only one was taking people.
The worst customer I have ever experienced! The teller was just pure lazy! I had to count and wrap my own money! I had over $4000 and a line behind me watching. It felt very uncomfortable. I will never use this branch again. I wish I could rate this 0 stars.
