Best employees! We showed up twenty minutes late because it was basically a monsoon outside, traffic was slow, couldn't find parking. They did not cut our time in the room short. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and tremendously patient with our crew. I really appreciated their professionalism. Plus, the escape room (we did classroom) was well designed & creative & clever (I've done 5 all over the country & some are better than others. This one was tops!) We had so much fun and will definitely be back! Can't wait to do the other rooms! Again, their team is awesome, which helped turn a frustrating start to the night into a great experience.
This was my and my husband's first escape room experience and it was GREAT! Our room master was friendly, awesome and had great customer service towards us (and we were the last booking on a holiday). We were in the "Classroom".... it was definitely challenging but so much fun! Now we want try others. The next time we are in Palm Beach, we will be back!
My friend and I did Secret Society with Ali as our game master. We had a great time!! The entire staff was very friendly and polite. The room was extremely challenging, which made it more fun! this was by far my favorite escape room out of the 6 I've done. Will be coming back!!!
Love this place. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and rooms are super fun. The rooms have a mix of high tech puzzles as well as challenging scenarios to keep you guessing. They always have sales going on so be sure to follow them on social media so you can stay updated!
This was one of the best escape rooms I've been too! I did the classroom and I absolutely fell in love with it! The game master was extremely helpful and he had me and my friends laughing hysterically in the room. 5 stars is unfortunately the max but I would give it 100 stars if I could! Will 100% return
